The Ashridge Leadership Process enables you to explore your leadership skills, style and potential leading to a personal action plan for your future development.

It comprises five days intensive with follow-up at three and six months by your personal leadership coach.

Ashridge’s research shows that a new model of leadership is emerging. To be successful, leaders must first understand themselves. They must then have an understanding of the past, to be able to attend to the present and, at the same time have an eye on the future. Our process uses this model as its basis.

The Ashridge Leadership Process aims to equip managers with the competencies they require to manage effectively a diverse human resource base in a fiercely competitive and turbulent business environment. Theprocess is designed to be a full six months’ experience, with initial assessment by a personal leadership coach, and support, guidance and regular feedback throughout.

 

Are you ready?

You have at least ten years’ line management experience and a strong commitment to development, with a desire to review your personal impact and approach to leadership.
