You are asked to complete the following profiles and questionnaires:
- 360°
feedback instrument
- Myers-Briggs
extended: assessing your personality type and problem solving style
- FIROB:
assessing the typical ways in which you interact with people
- Career
Anchors: assessing how your values relate to career choices
- Leadership

style
- Learning
Partner Questionnaire: completed with a colleague chosen to support
your learning experience.
During
Through learning support and challenge groups, a variety of activities
and exercises are used to provide insight into your personal leadership
style, motivations and values, in a supportive and facilitative way.
After
Follow-up will be initiated by your leadership coach three to six
months after you meet to ensure continuous progress and to review
your action plan.
