How it Works

Before
You will be assigned your personal leadership coach, who will be available to discuss your learning objectives with you prior to the residential week.
You are asked to complete the following profiles and questionnaires:

  • 360° feedback instrument
  • Myers-Briggs extended: assessing your personality type and problem solving style
  • FIROB: assessing the typical ways in which you interact with people
  • Career Anchors: assessing how your values relate to career choices
  • Leadership CV: a comprehensive review of the factors that build leadership style
  • Learning Partner Questionnaire: completed with a colleague chosen to support your learning experience.

During
Through learning support and challenge groups, a variety of activities and exercises are used to provide insight into your personal leadership style, motivations and values, in a supportive and facilitative way.

After
Follow-up will be initiated by your leadership coach three to six months after you meet to ensure continuous progress and to review your action plan.
