Rob Higgins BSc
Rob is responsible for the overall management of IT services and staff within the School of Business. This includes elements of Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Financial Management, and consulting with other University Divisions and Departments. Rob is an active member, of itSMFNZ, HDAA is ITIL certified and has over 15 year’s global experience working in IT Service Management roles.

HelpDesk Team Leader
Chris Higgins BSc, BA
Chris leads the Helpdesk Team, which includes 2nd Level Support as well as being the first escalation point for complex issues. Chris is ITIL and HDAA certified (SCTL) and has IT tertiary experience in both New Zealand and Australia.

1st Line Desktop Support Technician
Amanda Nunn BA
Amanda provides 1st Line Support to staff and PhD students in the School of Business. Amanda is HDAA certified (DST) as well holding the Certificate in ITS Service and Support and has worked in both the charity and tertiary sectors within New Zealand.

Customer Support Representative
Richard Horne
Richard provides front-line customer service and support either over the phone, leveraging remote tools or in person at the Helpdesk counter in room 3.05. This role is part of a work experience programme in partnership with the Otago Polytechnic, Richard having received the Pro South Award for the best graduating student in the Certificate of IT Service and Support.

Senior Server Systems Engineer
Neil Dobier
Neil is responsible for the overall day to day management and systems administration of the School's servers. This includes the management of the commerce domain on Active Directory, Change Management such as Microsoft security updates. In addition Neil manages any internal IT Research and Development projects which require physical or virtual server resources. Neil has over 20 years IT experience primarily in the tertiary sector in New Zealand.

Senior Desktop Systems Engineer
Jason Hasler BIT
Jason is primarily responsible for design and deployment of the School of Business Staff desktop which includes client side OS and application deployment projects as well as Level 3 support of complex issues. Jason has over six years IT experience primarily in the tertiary sector in New Zealand.
