Short description of research:

Brian is conducting research examining the impact of culture upon service quality evaluation. Utilising a critical realist perspective mulitiple persepectives are utilised, drawn from both primary data analysis and the literature, to explore how culture influences the evaluation process for the Taiwan consumers (i.e., the case). This research has implications for understanding Taiwan sevice consumption and broader service quality theory.
